Privacy Statement

Here at New Millennium Networking, we recognize the importance of protecting the privacy of our users. With this in mind, we have created this privacy statement to disclose the privacy practices for all New Millennium Networking products and services.

Information Collection and Use

New Millennium Networking collects information from our users, clients and customers. In each section below, we will detail what information is collected and how it is used. Under no circumstances will New Millennium Networking purposefully reveal your data to third parties, with the exception of billing, which by its nature requires that information such as credit card details and invoice amounts are shared with the merchant bank.

Website signup

All users, clients and customers (even those that have not deal with us online) have a user account created for them. The user account contains personal information such as name, emails and postal addresses. The user account does not contain credit details. New Millennium Networking will use this information from time to time to contact the user about items that have a direct bearing with their relationship with New Millennium Networking, such as unpaid invoices, delivery issues and product availability. New Millennium Networking also uses this information to pre-fill any forms (such as delivery details) in advance for the user, and to display billing information on invoices. New Millennium Networking will not use this information for advertising or marketing purposes without the express permission of the user.

Virtual Private Server and Web Hosting

To ensure accurate billing and to provide a better quality of service to our users, New Millennium Networking logs all data to and from our hosting services, as well as other system resources such as disk usage. New Millennium Networking uses this data to determine how much usage the service receives, and shares this information with the user in the forms of traffic graphs and other statistics. New Millennium Networking does not share this data with third parties.

Communicating with us

Through our site, there are features which allow non-subscribed users to submit their details for the purpose of contacting us. New Millennium Networking may retain the emails generated by these features to improve our quality of service. Information submitted via these means will not be discussed with third parties for any reason other than providing a suitable response to the user's query.
